Approval Boards

Approval Boards are normally made up of a minimum of three people, of which two must be residents. Approval Boards meet periodically when they are needed with the members drawn from a list approved by the Board of the New Deal for Communities (NDC) programme.

The Approval Boards independently review the appraisal reports on all projects to check they meet Government guidelines. They approve funding applications up to £100,000. Any projects over £100,000, or those which are considered to be risky or contentious, are recommended to the NDC Board and Government Office for the South East (GOSE) for final approval.

The Approval Board minutes are not on this site. If you can't find what you're looking for then click here to contact us and we'll do our best to help.
